"Romantic Twist" symbolizes the Wolf and the Mississippi Rivers converging, and marks the 25th anniversary of the Harbor Town community.

Its rope textured base is solid and deep, symbolizing the strength and character of the community.  The base transitions into flowing ribbons that reach to the sky in harmonious tapers, representing the Mississippi and Wolf  Rivers.  “Romantic Twist” defines the neighborhood, and reflects the aspirations and dreams of those who call Harbor Town home
